Working on a 40 head rotational grazing herdshare dairy farm and custom sawmill/lumber operation. We produce dairy, 100% grass-fed beef, free-range chicken eggs, and pastured poultry. No chemicals used.

On site custom lumber operation produces products from dimensional lumber to finished siding and flooring.

Require someone who will take ownership of work, work in all tyes of weather, proactively engage in improving methods and processes, self-motivated, and able to work without supervision.

Qualifications:
Farm:
•Fence building (permanent and temporary)
•Equipment operation (tractors/hay equipment/loaders/tools)
•Working in all types of weather
•Working with cattle (dairy/beef), calving, milking, and medical

Sawmill:
•Learn lumber identification, lumber sorting, and operate/maintain modern sawmill equipment

•Equipment maintenance, building construction, metal fabrication
•Non-smoking workplace
•Make decisions in a fluid work environment
•Strong work ethic and customer interaction skills
