This 1000 head, 2000 acre beef and cropping operation in North West Iowa needs an assistant to walk the pens twice a day, help with vaccinations, bedding of cattle and manure hauling. Would be responsible for chores every other weekend alternating with owner. When not busy with cattle will be working in new heated shop in Winter- going over equipment, setting up equipment for local John Deere dealer. Will also be helping with crop work and driving semi. MUST have Class A CDL, maintenance skills (changing oil, lubrication), some electrical skills, welding knowledge, experience with GPS systems and cattle knowledge.
