Dairy Calf and Heifer Manager / Herdsman Position immediately available on a family owned, high-producing 500 cow registered Holstein dairy in east central Wisconsin. The successful applicant will manage young stock from birth to one year old. This position requires the ability to perform normal herdsman tasks including, but not limited to, record and tag newborns, colostrum management including pasteurizing and quality testing, pen moves, weaning, vaccinations, schedule feeding crew, train feeders, coordinate calf pen cleanings, work with the veterinarian, and diagnosing and treating health issues. Supervisory experience and Spanish a plus.
